• Giám sát việc thiết kế, đặt hàng, chỉnh sửa và nghiệm thu các công cụ như dao chặt, pad in, công cụ đục lỗ, rập bào eo và khuôn logo in lụa theo yêu cầu của khách hàng và sản xuất.Supervise the design, ordering, modification, and validation of tooling, including cutting dies, printing pads, perforation tools, skiving arch templates, and silk screen printing frames, in accordance with customer and production requirements
• Kiểm tra, xác nhận và phát hành rập dao, rập logo cho bộ phận Development, Production và QC theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và tiến độ dự án.
  Review, validate, and release die and logo patterns to the Development, Production, and QA teams in accordance with technical standards and project timelines..
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Development, Sample Production, Production, PPC, QA và nhà cung cấp nhằm đảm bảo công cụ được cung cấp đúng thời gian, đạt chất lượng phục vụ sản xuất mẫu và sản xuất hàng loạt
  Collaborate with Development, Sample Production, Production, PPC, QA, and suppliers to ensure tooling is delivered on time and meets quality requirements for sample development and mass production.
• Hướng dẫn và giám sát kỹ thuật viên thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng công cụ, quản lý thông tin tem dao và tuân thủ các quy trình kỹ thuật trước khi bàn giao cho sản xuất.
  Guide and supervise technicians in tooling quality inspection, die label verification, and compliance with technical procedures before releasing tooling to production.
• Quản lý, cập nhật và lưu trữ hồ sơ kỹ thuật, bản vẽ 2D, dữ liệu dao chặt và vị trí lưu trữ công cụ; thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ và báo cáo phát sinh.
  Manage and maintain technical documentation, 2D drawings, cutting die records, and tooling location data; prepare periodic and ad hoc reports.
• Theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng giao hàng của nhà cung cấp; phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật và thực hiện thanh toán công cụ theo quy định.
  Monitor supplier delivery performance and tooling quality, coordinate technical issue resolution, and process tooling payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Tham gia triển khai các dự án phát triển kỹ thuật mới từ khách hàng, thương hiệu và các nhà máy trong tập đoàn.
  Participate in new technical development projects with customers, global brands, and OrthoLite manufacturing sites.

1. Trình độ học vấn & kinh nghiệm / Education & Experience

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên và có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành giày.
  College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the footwear industry.

2. Kiến thức & Kỹ năng / Knowledge & Skills

• Am hiểu quy trình phát triển mẫu và dao chặt.
  Good understanding of footwear sample development and cutting die processes.
• Thành thạo Rhino hoặc AutoCAD; biết Adobe Illustrator là một lợi thế.
  Proficient in Rhino or AutoCAD; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

3. Ngoại ngữ / Language

• Ưu tiên có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh.
  English communication skills are preferred.
