Job Description

Develop and execute UA and Performance Marketing strategies across international markets.
Manage advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, and other networks.
Plan and allocate budgets based on product lifecycle, market potential, and business objectives.
Lead, train, and evaluate the Media Buying team.
Monitor key KPIs including CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and Retention.
Analyze campaign data and optimize budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and campaign structures.
Develop strategies for new market testing and campaign scaling.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative, and Operations teams to drive user growth and improve performance.
Evaluate user quality, retention, conversion, and revenue across markets and campaigns.
Manage relationships with advertising platforms, ad networks, agencies, and other partners.
Track market trends and platform updates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.

3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Mobile Games/Apps and international markets is preferred.
Proven track record in managing large budgets and scaling campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Retention, and other key metrics.
Experience managing, training, and developing Media Buying teams.
Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; AppLovin, Unity Ads, and Mintegral are a plus.
Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or BI tools.
Data-driven mindset, fast decision-making, KPI ownership, and strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
