JOB SUMMARY

The Planner will utilize Chinese proficiency to develop accurate production schedules, manage manufacturing demands, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless and efficient operational output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED

· Develop and maintain production plans based on business requirements on an ad hoc basis.

Monitor raw material availability and supplier delivery schedules, and adjust production plans accordingly.

· Maintain and update MPC/PP-related data.

· Calculate machine and manpower capacity loading.

· Track production plan execution and shipment performance.

· Analyze and report work order closure yield and production efficiency on the manufacturing lines.

· Support the supervisor in achieving departmental KPIs and handling other assigned tasks.

· Coordinate planning-related activities for WCM Sales & Operations Meetings (S&OP) and Material Planning weekly meetings.

· Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor and handle related exceptions and issues in a timely manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, or a related field.

· Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.

· Familiar with production planning processes, production scheduling, and material planning control (MPC).

· Business proficiency of Chinese; candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will also be an advantage.

· Detail-oriented, accuracy-focused, and possessing a strong safety awareness.

· Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain good 5S workplace practices.
