Planning Specialist (KCN Long Bình)

• Check deal ticket, customer information, commercial information. Work with relevant team to set up SI template for new code, new customer
• Weekly update pending SI list with record of actions
• New SKU/new customer: SI template to be sent to customers within 7 days for confirmation
• Cross check between PO from customer and information on Locate
• Update 1st committed ETD, revise Olam ship date, adjust system as superior requirement 
• Note: 1st committed ETD to be updated within 3 working days (remind related team if missing or special cases)
• Update Production Date based on Production Plan to meet customer/standard requirement
• Collect "waiting production" with potential delay
• Define the root cause of this potential
• Alert the delay - update new Olam ship date timely/correctly on Locate
• Support to upload shipping documents into Locate
• Other tasks assigned by leader

·       Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

·       1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Logistics roles

·       Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data handling)

·       Good data analysis and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

·       Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

·       English proficienc
