Postnatal Care & Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a warm, empathetic, and thoughtful woman — someone who will become the very first voice mothers hear when they reach out to us.

This is not a traditional sales role.
No scripts. No sales pressure. No hard closing.

Instead, it’s about genuine conversations — where you listen, understand, and gently guide mothers to discover a space thoughtfully designed for their recovery journey, during one of the most sensitive and important times of their lives.

Special preference for mothers. Because no one understands a new mother better than another mother.

What will you do?

• Connect and consult with mothers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, and Instagram
• Welcome and accompany clients during their visits to our retreat
• Build relationships with obstetricians and midwives
• Support each mother from the very first message through to their check-in day

• Comfortable working with both Vietnamese and international clients
• Fluent in Vietnamese (English is a strong plus)
