Job Description

Conduct field surveys and proactively collect databases of construction projects, residential developments, and factories that are preparing for construction through networks of architects, developers, and contractors.
Establish and maintain direct relationships with the estimation/quantity surveying teams and design departments of developers.
Present solutions, provide technical consultation, and propose the inclusion of Tostem aluminum door products and specifications in project design documents.
Act as the key contact during the initial project stage by introducing products, explaining their key features and advantages, and supporting the identification of the approval process and key decision-makers on the client’s side.
Work closely with the Technical and Quotation teams to prepare presentation materials, competitive quotations, and company profiles tailored to each project.
Coordinate and share project information with the Project Sales team to maximize opportunities for order conversion.
Regularly report customer acquisition progress, project development status, and market feedback through the company’s reporting system.
