Preventive Maintenance Planner

• Develop and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan for production equipment, utilities and facility assets.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, SOPs, checklists and standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance resources to ensure availability for planned maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA and other functions to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
• Support equipment commissioning, handover and maintenance readiness for new machinery and facility systems.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, maintenance coordination or equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, TPM and Equipment Reliability.
• Experience in developing maintenance schedules, procedures and performance reports.
• Good understanding of spare parts and maintenance inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Power BI / Power Apps is an advantage.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
