We are searching for a Process Engineer who is experienced in the indoor furniture field.
Establish, control, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Prepare and update technical documents for production, including drawings, BOMs, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection standards.
Analyze and solve issues occurring during production; coordinate with related departments to implement timely solutions.
Monitor and optimize production lead time, labor productivity, defect rates, and material consumption.
Research and implement improvements in technology, machinery, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in new product development, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and propose suitable production solutions.
Ensure proper implementation of manufacturing processes, technical standards, and quality requirements on the production floor.
Support training for operators and related departments on production processes, standards, and manufacturing techniques.
Keep updated with new trends, materials, and technologies and apply them to manufacturing processes when appropriate.
Prepare production reports, analyze manufacturing data, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 2 years of working experience as a Process Engineer in a furniture.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production engineering, and process optimization.
Proficient in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and inspection standards.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
