-Purchase and Sourcing: Procure products, materials (both local and international), and services, as well as manage various contract work to meet specifications or Terms of Reference (TOR), while securing the best prices and purchase terms. -Delivery Management: Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival. -Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the efficient delivery of products to the factory. Handle returns or claims if products do not meet the required standards. -Policy Compliance: Strictly adhere to procurement policies and directives from executives or supervisors. -System Improvement: Actively participate in and provide suggestions for enhancing the management systems of relevant departments. -Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks, including maintaining records, filing, and managing correspondence. -Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and updating of factory-related documents, reports, and presentations. -Office Supply Management: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors for replenishment, and ensure the office is well-stocked. -Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience 5 years, within furniture or interior design industry is preferable.
- Good English written and verbal communication.
