Job Description

1. Work at SCM Department:
Procurement Management
- Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for purchasing all products as requested.
- Contributes to negotiation with suppliers, vendors on terms & conditions of purchasing
contracts in complying with company standards
- Usually reviewing prices, dealing with suppliers of all local products and finding more sources
for backup or replacement to save COGs.
- Follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.
- Supporting stores and chefs to make sure delivery on time, solve all matters related to goods
and other issues. Receiving orders and contacting with supplier for delivery as schedule.
- Making and Manage supply planning (forecasting), inventory control and order fulfillment
functions.
- Recommending policies, procedures, processes for SCM Dept.
Warehouse & logistic management.
- Working with operation to set delivery schedule for store system professionally.
- Manage all the activities of warehouse.
- Manage the Goods Delivery from warehouse to stores, check and reconcile with respective
orders on weekly basic to ensure the stock are sufficient and controlled.
- Coordinate with store keeper / purchaser/ driver in handling delivery/ receipt at the transition
warehouse for small wares, Dry foods, etc.
- Managing primary transportation issues: timing, cost & efficiency management, quality,
insurance….
Demand/ planning.
- Work with MKT Dept. for any upcoming promotion to get ready the supply
- Analyze the variance between actual stock usage vs theoretical usage in order to have a control
over stock and give a good guideline to OPS, Chefs,..for a better inventory control.
- Making and manage supply planning (forecasting), inventory control and order fulfillment
functions.
Partners relationship management
- Working with operation to set delivery schedule for store system professionally.
- Preparing POs and payment requests; Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure prompt
payment settlement.

- Review and build up Suppliers' relationships and formulate KPIs for vendors to ensure
effective business relationship
2. Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Supply Chain Management.

Job Requirement

1. Academic Background: College or University graduate, preferred in Economics, Business
Administration, Hospitality...
2. Working Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
3. Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
4. Language Skill: Good in English (speaking, writing and listening).
5. Other Specific Requirements:
- Follow deadline, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can do attitude.
- Ability to cooperate well with team members.
- Have knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, leader, risk management, analysis skills, etc.
