1. Responsible for managing, organizing and implementing the procurement of goods and services and responsible to the BOD for the results and effectiveness of procurement activities, including:
Improve and consolidate purchasing activities in terms of quality and professional working methods to contribute to the development of the Company;
Manage purchasing information system [product information, prices, markets, purchasing plans,...];
Transparent supplier management based on criteria set by the company regarding: Search, evaluation, selection, recommendation, evaluation of work results | Supplier cooperation, supplier ranking,...
2. Organize annual assessment of NCC capacity according to the issued supplier assessment process;
3. Train and develop subordinate staff with enough skills and capacity to perform the job and evaluate employee performance
4. Resolve complaints from relevant departments about the quality of supplier's goods and services;
5. Advise the Board of General Directors on implementation solutions and propose support for work implementation.
