Job Description

Responsible for procurement, vendor selection, evaluation and to establish Approval Vendor List
Establish procedure to ensure the purchased products/services conform to Specified requirements
Negotiate for best price and terms with suppliers.
Identify new sources of required items/materials
Plan delivery schedule and follow up delivery process
Oversee staff performance to handle the price, quotation and PO
Provide advice and assistance to subordinate as needed
Report manager accordingly regarding procurement
In charge for 3 companies in VN

Male or Female, age 32 years old and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts (English) or related fields.
At least 10 years’ experience in Purchasing & Procurement and 3 years’ experience Section head procurement or Purchasing manager.
Good command of English
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Good personality and work accurately and with attention to details
Hard working and can work under pressure
Experience with Import- Export documentations is prefer
As duty and responsible also contain that we prefer
Experience with Import- Export documentations is prefer we also can changes that Experience with Import- Export documentations is must.
