Product Development Supervisor - FMCG

R&D Product Development plays a key role in leading Innovations who is responsible for researching technology & development to create a winning formula in the market that meets consumer needs.

- Planning & implement testing according to the direction of direct management on product research and development on Lab/Pilot/Line scale

- Implement new product technology transfer to the factory and complete transfer documents (HDSX, BOM, Standards, testing minutes, etc.)

- Propose solutions to existing raw material

- Coordinate with cross-functional (RSS, PKG, Micro, Processing, Consumer technical insight, Technical Data management..) to complete projects as required

- Bachelors in Food Technology or Agriculture

- At least 4-5 years of equivalent experience

- Developing & Maintaining Scientific Knowledge

- Information Analysis and Processing

- Ability to communicate information and technical concepts effectively

- English in R&D Field
