e. Responsible for maintaining and increasing market share in managed product groups.
f. Track the development of new products, launching plans, product branding, new markets, and new target groups.
g. Check and update the content and design of product labels. Labels must conform to regulations of the Department of Plant Protection.
h. Suggest prices, sales policy, promote promotions for agents and famers.
i. Report problems related to the assigned work.
j. Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, and technical support when needed.
k. Good research and forecasting of market demand.
l. Effectively control the production of goods and inventory
m. Control advertising broadcasting and image promotion activities.
n. Attend and follow step by step for product research and development with R&D
- Knowledge & qualifications: University graduate or higher, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture / Economics.
- Skills: Use office computer, good English, teamwork, plan, have good communication and negotiation skills, collect market information.
- Ability: Independent work, under pressure, ability to solve problems in time.
- Experience: At least 05 years or more at same position or similar.
