I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Create new value, disrupt and create competitive advantage in old/mature markets.
- Help access new customers and new markets with relevant/differentiated offers.
- Support premium positions/ margins enhancement/ premiumization.
- Help Yes4All compete more effectively vs competitors of all shapes and sizes, and ultimately create a sustainable and differentiated position for Yes4All.
- Conduct business analysis, including market studies, customer profiling, competitor analysis to identify the feasibility and attractiveness of new product concept.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, sales plan and marketing budget for new product launch
- Be the expert on assigned categories: understand and develop the picture (map) of all products and competitors, propose plan and actions to enhance the position of Yes4All on the market and to counteract competitor activities.uct ideas and business cases to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, effectively conveying value propositions and market potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop new product concepts that address market needs, customer pain points, and strategic goals.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, reviews, and behavioral data to uncover insights that inform new product ideation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and internal teams to validate new product concepts and gather feedback for refinement.
