Production Process Control Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Control & Optimization
- Maintain and improve production processes (SPC, Control Plan, P-FMEA).
- Increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
- Identify issues in production lines.
- Monitor the progress of implementing solutions to ensure efficiency.
- Update training records.
Data Analysis
- Monitor performance metrics (yield, throughput, quality).
- Use tools like statistical analysis and simulation.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure processes meet standards (ISO, YRC, safety regulations).
- Develop and maintain a systematic approach to gather production data (scrap/rework, etc.).
- Maintain consistent product quality.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: College or University degree in Production, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Clerk, Document Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year in raw material quality or process control (tire/manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of tire production process (or industrial production process).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and basic internal audit.
- Skills:
- Language: Good English.
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
