Production Staff

·       Ensure production meets the production plan, quality, productivity, and safety requirements.

·       Control in-process quality and ensure compliance with work instructions, Q-Points, Safety Points, 5S, and QMS procedures.

·       Manage 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and monitor production abnormalities.

·       Calculate takt time, standard time, and support line balancing.

·       Assign tasks and monitor Leaders/operators to ensure smooth and safe operations.

·       Train and guide new workers/employees on work procedures, quality, safety, and 5S.

·       Identify production issues and propose Kaizen improvements to improve productivity and quality.

·       Prepare production reports and control related department documents.

·       Conduct monthly inventory checks with relevant departments.

·       Report production status and issues to the superior and perform other assigned duties

·       Education: University/ College/ Vocational School

·       Language: English communication and writing.

·       Educational background: Electricity-Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management.

·       Have knowledge of small motor/fan manufacturing and assembling process/equipment, inspection equipment and construction methods.

·       Be proficient in SAP & Microsoft Officer – Excel & Power point etc.

·       Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

·       Communication skill, organizational skill, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Live near VSIP-II A, Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

·       Can commute by motorbike to work.
