to provide high-level technical consultancy and develop precise engineering documentation (shop drawings, bill of materials, technical specifications) to support global bidding processes and commercial proposals
to provide direct technical guidance to global factories; assist in production line setup, optimize fabrication sequences, and resolve technical queries (TQ) during the manufacturing phase
to collaborate with production teams to improve fabrication efficiency, minimize material waste, and implement cost-effective engineering solutions
to maintain a bridge between global business centers and production units to ensure all outputs strictly follow international standards and client-specific quality requirements
to support design updates, simulation, and engineering tasks to enhance product quality and costeffectiveness for wind tower and steel structure projects
to develop structural design details and convert design drawing into fabrication shop drawings
Job Requirement
Education: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Shipbuilding or related fields
Technical skills: - to be proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (minimum 2 years of real project experience) - to be able to optimize structural details for fabrication - to be proficient in calculating theoretical production hours and material costs based on drawing complexity and manufacturing processes - to be skilled in structural simulation and FEM analysis to validate design integrity - to perform manual and software-based calculations for structural integrity, load analysis, and mechanical connections
Language: - English proficiency (fluent in technical reading and effective working-level communication within a global environment)
Experience: - 3-5 years in steel structure, wind towers or shipbuilding - strong knowledge of welding symbols and structural mechanics - highly preferred: solid experience as a Detailer or Technical Estimator in the steel structure industry
