Responsible for the Sales target set for the business.
Follow-up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
Meet and work with the architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
Prepares and presents quotations/tenders and acquires customer orders.
Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans, and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
Support and implement the company's sales and marketing programs and product introductions.
Providing technical consultation and advice to customers (such as MEP consulting engineers, designers, project managers, contractors, and OEM partners).
Presenting and demonstrating products to influence specifications and vendor approvals.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand market presence.
Supporting the sales process through technical demonstrations, solution recommendations, negotiations, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience (preferably in insulation market).
Hands-on experience in presenting product range to MEP Consulting Engineers, Designers and project managers for product specification purposes.
Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
Ability to communicate with Consulting Engineers and professionals at the highest technical level and
Closely interact and support our existing distributor network and monitor performance against agreed levels.
Well presented with excellent communication skills.
