- Manage the purchasing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement sourcing initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Be responsible for managing the bidding process, particularly for IT projects, and handle Purchase Order and contract preparation with overseas suppliers for key direct raw materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers.
- Work closely with the Production and other relevant departments to ensure effective quality control and efficient supply chain operations.
- Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to support procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements that promote operational excellence.
- Work closely with the Inventory team to plan purchases and ensure on-time delivery to support production.
- Report to management and prepare other reports as required.

- Have a college or bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to successfully implement procurement initiatives that contribute to cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment, making sound decisions under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and a good level of English.
