Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Group-wide QA system in compliance with international standards and internal policies.
  • Supervise, monitor, and control the quality of products/services at subsidiary companies.
  • Organize training and coaching for QA/QC staff on processes, standards, and quality control skills.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits, prepare evaluation reports, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product/service quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Production, Engineering, Sales, R&D, etc.) to ensure end-to-end quality across the supply chain.
  • Represent the company when working with partners, certification bodies, and international customers regarding quality issues.
  • Propose and oversee quality improvement programs to minimize risks and non-conformance costs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC, including minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, BRC, ASC, BAP or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • English: Good communication skills (emails, reports, direct communication with international partners/customers).
  • Experience in multi-plant or group companies is an advantage.
  • Often business travelling to 4 subsidiaries.
