Understand and implement the company regulations, policies, and procedures related to FSQ standards. Create, review, and update specification documents if needed.
Perform a key role in supplier visits to evaluate their performance and make reports on non-conformities.
Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions following Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) plan.
Be responsible for regulatory reviews and inspections from authorized bodies.
Collect, analyze and report FSQ data; create checklists to measure FSQ impacts on the changes in materials, packaging, processes, products, etc., and identify rooms for improvement
Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on newest FSQ standards and procedures
Control documents for FSQ-related matters
Maintain FSQ-related records by conducting document management procedures
Job Requirement
Graduate from Food-related majors
At least 04 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the FnB/ FMCG industry
Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISSO 22000, FSSC 22000)
Experience in risk management methodologies, quality control testing, and action plans.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills, multitasking skills.
