Take the lead in preparing, organizing, and completing all technical files and quality documents for routine or ad-hoc audits conducted by customers and third-party certification bodies.
Directly participate in the audit process and clarify any issues related to the quality management system as required.
Study technical documents, drawings, and customer requirements to establish Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documentation for new projects and products.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Project) to control quality milestones throughout the APQP process.
Receive Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or quality complaints from customers.
Collaborate with production departments to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA); prepare formal responses and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to submit to customers within the requested deadline.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions after implementation to ensure defects do not recur.
Job Requirement
Male, under 40 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related manufacturing majors.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in heavy mechanical fabrication companies. Hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of welding are mandatory.
Proficient in using specialized engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla, etc.
