JOB IN SUMMARY
As for this role, your main responsibilities are overseeing third-party food production to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards; responsible for production verification, batch quality review, data reporting, and supporting audits, customer complaints, and continuous process improvements in an FMCG environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of ofi production during production runs at Third Party factories
Verification of daily productions in line with defined protocols. Reviews of all process data and Quality
Analysis for each batch produced before shipment.
Represents ofi Operations, Innovation and QFS and ensures execution with support from Third Party technical team.
The ability to interpret and leverage experimental data to develop robust processes.
Reporting and data submission as defined by Operations and QFS Manager
Applies knowledge of regulations, nutritional, food and understands implications as when needed.
Support rapid technical assessment of QFS proposals including efficient cross-functional and multi-regional partnering.
Ensure timely replies for customer complaints and support Third party for investigations & CAPA.
Support Third party during ofi customer visit and audits.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor Tech in Food Technology / Master of Science in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food / FMCG
Min 5 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Quality & Food Safety
Awareness of Global Food Safety and Quality Regulations
Good knowledge of Food Microbiology & BRC, HACCP
Good written and verbal communication in English
