Recruitment Specialist (English Speaking)

HRchannels, a leading executive recruitment consulting firm in Vietnam and Asia with 18 years of operation, is currently hiring a Recruitment Specialist.

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with Business Development Team to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, internal databases, job boards, and referrals.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement within target sectors.

• Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate salary packages between the client and the candidate.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, placement rate, candidate satisfaction) and prepare regular updates for clients or internal stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum 1year in recruitment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive and confident in negotiations.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn , Boolean search).

• Languages: Proficiency in English is often required; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary and Commission. 

• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses ranging from 1 to 4 months’ salary, depending on individual and company results.
