[Remote] Technical Support Engineer (Elevator)

Our client, corporate specializes in the various of lifts (escalators, passenger conveyors), is looking for potential candidates for Technical Support Engineer (Countrywide), remote working in Vietnam.

Job Description:

• Supporting the Business Unit of International Packages and Controls directly to drive sales growth in Vietnam. 
• Support good quality implementation and the success of project execution in the market
• Support relevant technical communication, training and day-to-day needs of our partners and their growing businesses relevant to our products/solutions
• Strengthen our technical presence in the region and cross deployable within the region as necessary
• Provide pre-sales engineering to do technical review and evaluate the solution.
• Provide technical support during the installation, online troubleshooting.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Provide field support or training as requested.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• Educated to degree level of above.
• Capable of elevator installation, maintenance and debugging, with professional knowledge in elevator electrical and mechanical parts, and a certain level of mechanical design skills.
• More than 3 years of work experience in elevator company engineering installation, maintenance, or on-site supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English
• Basic operation of CAD software, graphic recognition ability.
