Job Description

Develop new business opportunities, generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain effective communication with customers through email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to develop samples according to customer requirements.
Follow up on orders and ensure smooth execution through to completion and delivery.
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and provide regular market intelligence reports to the Sales Manager.
Conduct regular customer visits and business trips with company-provided transportation support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
Experience in the printing and packaging industry is preferred. Knowledge of label printing products will be a strong advantage.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
