Job Description

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
Prepare contracts, shipping documents, and related reports.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, accounting, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer data and internal records.
Support managers with ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirement

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Logistics Sales assistant, Logistics customer service, or similar roles).
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to follow company procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Language skills: English/Vietnamese/Chinese
