Sales Engineer – Agricultural Solutions

I. ABOUT PETERSON ECO2

Peterson-Eco2 is a specialist provider of clean, chemical-free post-harvest solutions for agricultural commodities, operating across Asia and Africa markets.
Our core technologies:

• Controlled Atmosphere (CA) — oxygen is reduced to ≤1 % to eliminate insects and preserve product quality with zero fumigant chemicals.
• Heat Treatment (Continuous) — precision heat applied along a continuous conveyor belt system for rapid, uniform disinfestation at full commercial scale.

We serve the rice, cashew, almond, peanut, tobacco, wheat flour, cocoa, coffee, and spice industries.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and achieve monthly & annual sales targets
• Identify and open new accounts in agro-processing companies
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
• Prepare technical proposals, and tender bids
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms with clients
• Report pipeline activities and progress to Line Manager regularly
• Stay current via industry events, publications, and networking
• Working location: 182-184 Bùi Tá Hán, Phường An Khánh, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. 2 years B2B sales experience
• Equipment / machinery / services sold to agribusiness companies
• Existing network in cashew, tobacco, flour, cocoa, coffee, spice, or rice sector
• Background from Bühler, Ishida, Mettler Toledo, Rentokil, Grainpro, or agro-logistics
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Food Tech, or related)
• Proficient in English (active)
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

• Probationary period: 100% salary during 2-month probation
