Job Description

International Sales

- Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with overseas partners in the construction, mechanical, industrial, and manufacturing sectors who have demand for fabricated steel products, with the objective of expanding market presence through multiple channels.

- Receive purchasing inquiries from international partners and customers:

+ Provide consultation, negotiate, and prepare quotations based on product requirements, technical drawings, production schedules, logistics requirements (shipping and delivery methods, etc.), as well as payment terms and timelines.

+ Negotiate contractual terms and finalize agreements.

+ Analyze and evaluate markets and potential customers.

+ Monitor market fluctuations and competitors’ activities and report insights to management in order to stay aligned with overall market trends.

• Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand and respond to their needs regarding services and products, ensuring customer satisfaction while building long-term and trusted partnerships.

- Handle issues arising during the purchasing process and address any service quality complaints (if any).

- Arrange customer visits, deliver company presentations and organize factory tours.

Export Operations

- Monitor production progress and delivery schedules for export orders.

- Follow up and coordinate with other departments in arranging and executing supply chain activities including procurement, production, quality control, packaging, shipment, payment, and insurance to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Ensure all export-related procedures are accurately completed within the company's internal system.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Economics, International Business, Import–Export, or Languages.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong negotiation skills, logical thinking, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel for business to China, Australia, North America, the EU, Southeast Asia, etc.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge or experience in steel products, mechanical fabrication, import–export operations, and international payments.
  • Age: 23 – 35 years old.
