- Prospect, establish & develop customer relationships, soliciting new accounts as per NCH Gears of Selling process, grow and manage water treatment revenue and brand building for assigned territory.
- Schedule service and sales calls – includes daily, weekly and monthly reporting, goal-setting and progress reviews.
- Identify new market needs and opportunities, and develop and implement customized solutions for our customers.
- Accountable for retention of existing customer accounts, engage in continual improvement, productivity and efficiency with customer by performing data and performance analysis, reporting and following up actions.
- “Hands-on” servicing of existing accounts which includes but is not limited to; chemical testing, calibration and repair of chemical feed related equipment, and visual inspections of systems when necessary.
- Collaborate with and support other Chem-Aqua team members in plant surveys, water analysis, trouble- shooting at customer site, equipment installation and follow up activities.
- Join and complete in a timely manner all the prescribed indoor and outdoor sales and technical trainings, online training (LMS).
- Working location: HCMC/ Hanoi
- This position will report to the sales manager, with a dotted line reporting to the regional sales manager.

- College or University Diploma/ Degree is a MUST. Degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, mechanical, etc.) or science (biology, chemistry etc.) would be preferred.
- 5+ years technical sales experience with a proven successful track record is a must - with allied after-sales service and account management experience.
- Those with experience 3-4 years’ experience in water treatment-related sectors, hygiene, environmental health and safety would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Vietnamese & English.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter and being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work in industrial environment involving chemicals, noise etc.
- Must be in good physical ability to meet various job requirements at different customer site.
