To support our business expansion in the Northern region, we are looking for a patient, highly motivated, and growth-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. Welcome to the team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers and industrial accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Account Management: Partner with your Supervisor to develop strategic account plans, maintaining and scaling relationships with existing key clients.
  • Technical Consultation: Analyze customer requirements, leverage your knowledge of factory automation products, and propose optimized technical solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our Technical Specialists to design and deliver sophisticated custom proposals and modifications for complex engineering projects.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitive trends, competitor strategies, and new product entries to maintain Servo’s market leadership.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular pipeline and market analysis reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to management.

Job Requirement

🔹 Requirements

  • Education: College or Bachelor’s Degree in Automation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Ideally 1+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, or Production (Experience in the automation sector is a major plus).
  • Mindset: A genuine passion for technical sales, a strong willingness to learn, and a result-oriented attitude.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Language: Good communication skills in English are highly preferred.
  • Adaptability: Resilient, progressive, and capable of performing well in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
