1. Marking an average of 8 to 10 sales call a day and mainly in charge to bring guests to the property for site inspection
2. Merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for Citadines Central Binh Duong
3. Be the primary person responsible for leasing long-term & short-term guests
4. To update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month
5. Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for
6. Initiate prospecting and solicitation of new accounts in the corporate territory; manage current accounts to maximize apartment nights
7. Prepare daily sales reports supporting productivity standards
8. Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of client and Citadines Central Binh Duong
9. Periodically contact client while in-house to be certain all is in order and going well
