We are looking for Sales Executives (English-speaking candidates preferred) who are passionate, have strong communication skills, are confident in introducing products to customers, and can work proactively as part of our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and propose suitable product solutions.
Conduct market research to benchmark the company’s sales performance against industry trends.
Create professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal teams.
Set sales targets, track performance, and report results to management on a regular basis.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively and profitably.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to expand the customer base and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the accounting department to support smooth and timely payment and invoicing processes.
Conduct on-site visits to customers, partners, and distributors to build and maintain relationships.
Identify new market opportunities and propose appropriate sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned territories/accounts.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence and insights to management.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Preferably with B2C experience or previous sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade customers.
Strategic mindset, ability to work independently, and a proactive working attitude.
Willing to travel to the market to acquire new customers as well as maintain and take care of existing ones.
Proficiency in English; Thai language skills are a strong advantage.
