Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Work with all Sales, Customer Services & Marketing technology;
  • Focus on selling OMN1 core services to potential and existing customers; Convert customer problems into sales opportunities;
  • Establish new business development opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, activities, training programs and conferences…;
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;
  • Manage sales process through lead generation to closure;
  • Coordinate with Pre-sales team to demonstrate and scale solutions to meet client needs and maximize revenue potential;
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients;
  • Update knowledge of the market and competitors;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm Sales B2B hoặc Account Management trong lĩnh vực IT/Phần mềm (Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về ERP, CRM, Marketing, CDP, DMS hoặc hệ sinh thái Salesforce).
  • Kỹ năng:
    • Kỹ năng đàm phán và thuyết phục xuất sắc.
    • Khả năng trình bày giải pháp (Presentation skill) chuyên nghiệp.
    • Kỹ năng quản trị kỳ vọng khách hàng.
  • Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (làm việc trực tiếp với đội ngũ Salesforce khu vực).
  • Tư duy: Có tư duy giải pháp (Solution-selling), nhanh nhạy với biến động thị trường và định hướng mục tiêu (Result-oriented).
