Suggest changes to product and industry business strategies based on the sales performance to ensure the targets can be achieved.
Manage customer data and information, and propose strategies for enhancing sales and customer service activities.
Identify potential risks and address issues related to operational processes.
Monitor sales objectives and report progress as needed.
Take responsibility for order intake, revenue, and profits in Vietnam.
Lead, train, and develop the sales team. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training, while supporting, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance.
