Sales Manager

Job Description

1/ Sales Planning and Strategy:

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

· Engage with customers to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction..

2/ Sales Team Management:

· Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to maximize their potential.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3/Customer Relationship Development:

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.

4/ Monitoring and Reporting:

· Monitor sales metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

· Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on business performance.

5/ Collaboration with Other Departments:

· Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional initiatives.

· Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, with experience in the eyewear, medical devices, and aesthetics industrie being an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in strategic planning.
