SCM Executive

About This Role

We're looking for an energetic SCM Executive to join our Supply Chain team in Hanoi! You'll help make sure customer orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time — becoming the key link between our warehouse and our happy customers. If you're organized, love solving problems, and want to grow in a fast-paced supply chain environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

• Execute daily order allocation based on stock availability and customer priorities 
• Process customer orders and prepare shipping documents according to requirements 
• Work closely with the Sales team and customer to manage delivery schedules and special requests 
• Update order status and track deliveries in the system (full training provided!) 
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and prepare simple reports 
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally 
• Help optimize inventory distribution and stock management 
• Support your team leader with other assigned tasks — great chance to learn the full supply chain picture! 

What We're Looking For

• College degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, or customer service is preferred — but fresh graduates with a positive, can-do attitude are very welcome! 
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy working with people 
• Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data management and reporting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting
