Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-minded Assistant Asset Manager to join our Frasers Property Vietnam (FPV) team. This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day value creation and operational excellence of our real estate assets within the Vietnam market. The successful candidate will drive the financial performance of specific properties, ensuring they meet or exceed their business plans, together with other KPIs within our target.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Company’s real estate portfolio including residential but not limit to mixed-use development, commercial, and industrial.
• Monitor the timeline, progress, budget, cash flow and return for each asset. Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Property Operating Management Team to ensure the asset is well managed and maintained.
• Control and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for respective departments during the project planning, development and operation to achieve KPI for the project.
• Facilitate the project regular meeting and coordinate among various departments during the project planning, development and operation period.
• Prepare periodic report of the performance and operation of the assets to Management & Partners.
• Perform market research, manage market intelligence and other reports to Management on the market, legal update and industry information.
• Have good awareness of competitors and market opportunities across Vietnam as well as market position, pricing and segmentation of the asset.
• Perform financial model simulation to study the feasibility and expected returns of potential investments, value-added transaction opportunities.
• Assist in develop and execute divestment plans including engaging with potential investors, support the performance of due diligence.
• Other assignment as instructed by the Company from time to time
Qualifications & Experience
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in real estate investment / asset management and development is preferrable.
• Financial Modeling understanding or/and experience.
• A highly numerate, innovative and strategic thinker.
• Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities as well as commercial acumen.
• Driven and responsible
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office tools
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
