Make timeline and deliverables of projects/ plans/ assignments/ tasks;
Coordinate with IT to describe product requirement, do testing new product Coordinate with Legal/Process Management to issue regulation and process for new product ;
Coordinate with Marketing to launch event/campaign for new product
Track deliverables of projects of departments; -Update the Director on progress/ status of assigned tasks. Report timely any arising issues ; - Propose changes;
Maintain the smoothness of the flow of information between departments/units to get timely updated on operations, avoid duplicated projects and optimize resources of the division;
New card programs development

Make timeline and deliverables of projects/ plans/ assignments/ tasks;
Coordinate with relevant departments/units to launch card programs;
Track deliverables of projects of departments;
Update the Director on progress/ status of assigned tasks. Report timely any arising issues ;

Relationship building
Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units, vendors in order to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables .
Job Requirement
Background
Master’s Degree, preferably Economics, Finance or related areas - At least 03 years’ experiences working in Banking or Finance Institution - Understanding about credit and risk policy, card product, banking projects
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Good blend of product knowledge/processes & card policy - Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills - Excellent problem solving/decision making skills - Planning skill & time management skill - Ability to work under high pressure - Accuracy, pay attention to detail -Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
