Job Purpose
The job holder is repsonsible for developing and implementing capability development activities in the Frontline through:
1. Designing and managing the construction of job profiles, training roadmaps, career paths, recruitment, appointment guidelines, and capacity asssestment process
2. Developing and implementing training programs (10-20-70) for Frontline
3. Guide/design training materials, including products, programs, and campaign training materials
4. Planning and implementing capacity assessment of Frontline
5. Become a Business Coach
6. Being responsible for the construction and training plans of the adjacent team
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Capacity Development
- Capacity development for the Frontline and Customer Relationship Management
- The focal point to receive feedback and make suggestions to build, evaluate, and adjust the necessary competency framework, training roadmap
- Develop JD, JS for Consulting and Operation force
- Coordinate with Human Resources department to monitor and evaluate actual capacity against the competency framework requirements.
- Develop and implement a roadmap to narrow capacity GAP, including the planning and training required for the position consistent with business objectives
- Design and implement professional training programs for the Frontline and Customer Relationship Management under RACI with HR
- Conduct productivity improvement programs, coaching and mentoring to enhance Frontline and Customer Relationship Management's productivity and sales
- Set up and manage the implementation of human resource development programs such as succession planning, reserve director, trainee management...
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Training on customer experience / Product / Solution / Customer Journey
- Develop and implement PDP Personal Development programs, synthesizing, planning training, and annual training budget for the positions of Frontline and Customer Relationship Management
- Develop, guide và coordinate the implementation of personnel capacity assessment for recruitment, appointment/rotation to ensure that the capacity is met according to position requirements.
- Train and coach on customer experience / Products / Solutions / The responsive customer journey to ensures that the needs of customers and business are met.
- Implement training and provide professional trainers according to RACI with LnD HR.
- Be responsible for management, training, capacity building of management staff and adjacent team building plans.
- Report periodically and/or at the request of HOD on the progress of capacity development.
- Other tasks assigned by the management level.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher"
- Minimum 12 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers"
- Mimimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
