Senior Facility Project Engineer

1. DAILY TASKS: 

• To work with representatives of the contractors to find reasonable ways to handle the works.
• To supervise the contractors for multi-type of works (electrical, mechanical, construction, maintenance and repair of equipment …) to keep the timeline, quality of works and comply with requirement of SHE based on approved plan (inexperienced engineer can be provided with adequate training sessions to handle the works).
• To execute conceptual design according to instruction of Facility head before working with the contractor for further processes of design
• To support Facility head in reviewing concerned designs (drawings, documents) and working with the other departments
• To work with the contractors on dealing cost, time of completion … for concerned works once being assigned by the Facility head
• To control related records/ documents in line with relevant requirements, and they shall be kept in ready condition for accessing where necessary.
• Other requirements at specific cases.

2. REGULAR TASKS:

• To prepare regular reports.
• To prepare concerned documents where required.
• To control concerned documents, records.

1. Education: University Degree (Electrical/electrical Automation, HVAC).

2. Professional knowledge of:

• Good knowledge about electrical, electrical automation, HVAC.
• Ability in driving the team to achieve the goal.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

3. Microsoft Office, Autocad, PLC.

4. English at Pre-Intermediate or equivalent

5. Professional experience: 

Has experience in internship period and competences as below: 

• Ability in making plan, training, taking actions to achieve the target.
• Hard working, ready to work overtime to pursue the progress of the project.
• Good communication in order to work with the contractors and internal teams.
• Ready to receive new tasks up to new circumstance.

Minimum of 4 years of working experience as a maintenance engineer, project engineer (preferred).
