You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Senior HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, supporting HRIS projects, and leading data-driven HR initiatives. This position will play a key role in improving system efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, and providing advanced HR reporting and analytics. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of HRIS-related services to the Home Office, ensuring seamless HR operations and data management for global HR stakeholders. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. HRIS Service Delivery

- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.

- Provide day-to-day HR system support to answer incoming requests and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure seamless HRIS service delivery for the Home Office, supporting global HR operations.

- Support the HRIS Manager in managing and optimizing service delivery for the Home Office, ensuring alignment with business needs and performance targets.

2. HRIS System Management

- Oversee HR system operations, including user management, security roles, and data governance.

-  Manage system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to improve HR processes.

-  Develop and maintain system documentation, data dictionaries, and user support materials.

-  Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in HRIS.

- Collaborate with global HR teams to align HR technology strategies with business objectives.

3. HR Reporting & Analytics

- Develop and deliver advanced HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.

-  Support automation and data visualization using tools like Power BI.

4. Team Training

- Provide training and mentorship to junior HRIS team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and system proficiency.

- Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and support HR staff in enhancing system utilization.

5. Others

- Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS management, system administration, and HR reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in HR data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL is a plus).
  • Experience in HR process automation and system configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead HR system projects and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
