The Senior Manager, Group Planning will be responsible for managing all project development plan, project master schedule & project overall development budget and to ensure quality & compliance of all those project plans & budget to follow the business targets of the Group and business unit.
This role holder will act as a key business advisor supporting decision-making at a senior level, highlighting the key operational and financial issues and risks to be considered.
Responsibility:
Contribution to group business plan:
Prepare the group annual business plan.
Direct and oversee the Group’s strategic and long – range goal planning function, including BP10Y, Group BP (3Y).
Develop actionable plans and viable scenarios for mitigating any potential risks.
Direct and oversee the Business Unit’s strategic and long – range goal planning function, including BP10Y, Group BP (3Y).
Develop financial and operational KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the group business and business unit.
Support and contribute to the production of business plan and financial strategy.
Support the Group S&P Director in communicating any issue in the annual business plan and recommended changes to senior management and the Board.
Provide the Board with relevant and timely information to assess performance against the Group’s strategy and objectives.
Projects and township high-level timeline.
Group plan bank and asset management.
Produce regular manage reporting and analysis to give an overview of group and business unit performance.
Prepare management reporting monitoring group and business performance on monthly basic.
Oversee the preparation of an integrated feasibility study (FS).
Review and assess budgeting including margins analysis, variances and cost analysis. Highlight trends and key actions.
Assist the Group S&P Director respecting reports and presentations to the Board regarding operational and financial issues, highlighting trends and key actions.
Oversee overall financial management process and operation:
Develop and implement business plan processes and criteria for evaluating business operation activities to ensure effective management.
Carry out business modelling to assess risks and decision-making.
Update and implement business plan policies and procedures.
Actively manage relevant risks within Group S&P function.
Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with the Group S&P Director.
Foster and cultivate quality relationships with major stakeholders
Manage and maintain relationships with business partners and other stakeholders.
Organize and implement company presentation periodically
Support to provide planning information to key stakeholders as required.
Job Requirement
Background / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting & Finance. A Master’s degree in business-related fields is preferred.
Certified financial management or accounting accreditation from an international body (i.e. ACCA / CPA / CFA) is desirable.
At least 10 years in the finance and planning field with proven experience, including 5 – 7 years experience in a similar role in real estate.
Proficiency in English.
Profound knowledge of real estate corporate planning.
Building detailed models and forecasts in a complex environment
