Job Summary

• Handle Heat treatment, slitting process, expansion to F-E process
• Continuous improvement and application for automation project

Responsibilities

• Process owner of heat treatment and slitting process
• Conduct metallurgical analysis to verify process outcomes
• Stay updated on advancements in heat treatment technologies
• Metallic materials technology support suitable material for punch dies like spring forming/ tape cutting, riveting etc
• Time management, optimization of material to improve product performance by developing or choosing the right material
• Work on improving environmental protection facilities
• Providing professional support to related departments when choosing or developing chemical materials
• Coach, mentor and train chemical technology to related departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering/ Materials Engineering
• Familiar with Heat Treatment & Machining
• 4 years of manufacturing experience with a multi-national company in Manufacturing Engineering/ Process Engineering
• Understand CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
• Good at written & spoken English
• Ability to work in a team environment
