Senior Odoo Developer

-          Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules and features based on project requirements.

-          Collaborate with the project team to analyze requirements, plan timelines, and evaluate technical solutions.

-          Review and optimize code to ensure clean, readable, maintainable, and highly scalable architecture

-          Work closely with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.) and ensure data integrity.

-          Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) or on-premise servers.

-          Support Odoo system operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous system stability

-          University degree in information technology or equivalent.

-          Good understanding of RESTful APIs and proven experience in API integration

-          Proficient in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with a solid command of PostgreSQL.

-          Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM frameworks, OWL, and APIs

-          Hands-on experience with core Odoo modules (Sales, MRP, Accounting, PO, CRM, etc.) is highly preferred

-          Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

-          Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment

-          Proficient in reading and understanding English technical documentation

-          At least 2–3 years specifically in Odoo ERP development

-          Strong PostgreSQL, SQL Server skill and ERP Business

-          Proficient in using Git to manage source code

-          Willing to work long term with the company.
