Senior Planner

Analyze client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap into insightful issues

Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies from key findings of research results, from the market situation, market trends, competitors to the key audience of the clients.

Independently handle projects & deliver good strategic approaches from A to Z (research, strategy development, outcome delivery).

Manage work load to work effectively and deliver multi projects at the same time.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing communications to drive innovation and creativity in campaigns.

Create detailed campaign road map & frameworks that guide content creation and distribution.

Support Manager to train intern(s)/guide new members to improve team overall performance

Participate in a presentation session on a project basis. Presenting a clear, coherent and attractive plan in both client and internal meetings.

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a multinational advertising agency

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies across various channels.

Pay attention to details, logical and critical thinking, consumer-driven, and eager to learn/adapt new knowledge/market trends 

Strong logical-analytical to interpret data and derive actionable insights, planning, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills (on both internal & external)

Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese

Good time management and task management skills to ensure workload and quality delivered on time.
