SHE Engineer

·  Implement and monitor company Safety, Health and Environmental programs.

·  Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification.

·  Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and follow up corrective actions.

·  Manage SHE training, safety observations and employee awareness programs.

·  Monitor legal compliance, environmental requirements and required SHE documentation certificate

·  Support emergency response, fire prevention and emergency drills.

·  Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and contractors to improve workplace safety.

·  Prepare SHE reports, statistics and improvement plans.

·  Support audits and communication with relevant authorities.

·  Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Engineering or related field.

·  2-5 years of SHE/HSE experience in manufacturing preferred.

·  Knowledge of Vietnamese SHE and environmental regulations.

·  Strong field-work, risk-assessment and problem-solving skills.

·  Good communication and employee-training skills.

·  English communication ability is preferred.
