JOB IN SUMMARY

The Shipment Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing export and import shipment activities to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The role serves as the key liaison between suppliers, logistics service providers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution and effective supply chain operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate shipments from order confirmation through delivery.
  • Arrange bookings and monitor ETD, ETA, and shipment status.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and certificates.
  • Coordinate POs, Sales Contracts, Deal Tickets, quantities, pricing, and Incoterms.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor shipment issues and follow up promptly to minimize delays.
  • Ensure shipment documentation and activities comply with customer and company requirements.
  • Maintain shipment records, trackers, reports, and SOPs.
  • Support logistics cost, invoice, and freight documentation checking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipment processes and efficiency.
  •  Perform additional logistics-related tasks assigned by the direct manager to support operational efficiency

Job Requirement

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics/export-import experience.
  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and international logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
