Solution Specialist - Chinese

岗位职责（Job Purpose）

通过设计物流解决方案、开展成本分析、开发供应商资源以及制定具有竞争力的报价方案，支持公司业务增长，同时确保方案具备可操作性和盈利能力。

Support business growth by designing logistics solutions, conducting cost analysis, sourcing vendors, and preparing competitive proposals that meet customer requirements while ensuring operational feasibility and profitability.

II. 主要职责（Key Responsibilities）

1. 解决方案设计与项目支持（Solution Design & Project Support）

• 分析客户需求及业务场景。
  Analyze customer requirements and business scenarios.
• 设计涵盖仓储、运输、电商及增值服务的物流解决方案。
  Develop logistics solutions covering warehousing, transportation, e-commerce, and value-added services
• 支持仓库布局规划、人力资源规划、SOP制定及运营流程设计。
  Support warehouse layout planning, manpower planning, SOP development, and operational flow design
• 参与项目实施及持续改善工作。
  Participate in project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. 成本测算与报价管理（Costing & Pricing）

• 建立成本模型并制定报价方案. Build costing models and prepare quotations.
• 开展盈利能力分析及项目可行性评估.Conduct profitability analysis and business case evaluations.
• 支持RFQ、RFP、招投标文件及客户方案制作. Support RFQ/RFP/Tender submissions and customer proposals.

3. 供应商开发与采购支持（Vendor Sourcing & Procurement Support）

• 开发并评估运输、仓储及物流服务供应商。
  Source and evaluate transportation, warehousing, and logistics service providers. 
• 收集报价、开展供应商对标分析，并制定有竞争力的采购策略。
  Obtain quotations, benchmark suppliers, and develop competitive sourcing strategies
• 维护供应商数据库，并支持供应商筛选与管理。
  Maintain vendor databases and support supplier selection

4. 市场分析与商业情报（Market Analysis & Business Intelligence）

• 跟踪物流市场趋势、仓库租金、运输价格及人工成本变化。
  Monitor logistics market trends, warehouse rental rates, transportation pricing, and labor costs
• 开展竞争对手分析及价格对标研究。
  Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis
• 提供市场洞察及建议，支持业务决策。
  Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support commercial decisions

5. 跨部门协作（Cross-functional Coordination）

• 与销售、运营、采购、财务及总部团队紧密协作。
  Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and HQ teams
• 确保方案可落地、成本具有竞争力，并推动项目顺利交付。
  Ensure solution feasibility, cost competitiveness, and successful project delivery

• 物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
• 具备3–5年物流、供应链、运输、仓储、采购或解决方案设计相关经验。
  3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, procurement, or solution design
• 优秀应届毕业生，如具备较强的数据分析能力和商业思维，也可考虑。
  Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities and business mindset may also be considered
• 具备较强的数据分析、成本测算、供应商开发及项目协调能力。
  Strong analytical, costing, sourcing, and project coordination skills

• ·熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint及数据分析工具（Power BI / Power Query优先）。
  Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis (Power BI / Power Query is a plus).

• 语言要求：良好的英语沟通能力，优秀的中文沟通能力。
  Language: Good English communication skills and strong Chinese communication skills
• 具备合同物流（仓储、运输、电商履约及物流解决方案设计）经验者优先考虑。
  Experience in contract logistics (warehousing, transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, and solution design) is highly preferred
